    4. Contract & Deposit: Once the quote is accepted, we sign a formal contract and a deposit is paid to secure your project timeline.

  • For a standard comprehensive landscaping project, the timeline is typically 8-10 weeks from commencement on site. Please note that this is an estimate, as the actual duration can vary depending on the project's scale, complexity, site conditions, and weather.

  • We use a progressive payment schedule to ensure transparency and align our interests with yours throughout the project. A typical structure is as follows:

    • 5% upon contract signing (deposit)

    • 20% upon commencement of base works (e.g., excavation, foundations)

    • 20% upon completion of structural elements (e.g., retaining walls, pool shell)

    • 30% at the project's midway point or upon delivery of major materials

    • 20% upon completion of all hardscape construction

    • 5% upon final handover and your satisfaction

    This structure will be clearly outlined in your project contract.
